"Pickup was easy and delivery was actually solid too"
I’ve ordered from Health Nut LA a few times now, both for delivery and pickup, and it’s been smooth every time. The delivery actually showed up on time, the food still tasted fresh, and nothing was missing, which I always appreciate.
Pickup was just as easy. I walked in, my order was ready, and I was out quickly. Nothing complicated, just a solid experience, so I’ll definitely keep ordering from them

The food was fresh and I did like the options, but the portion size felt small for what I paid. They kind of make it sound like you’re getting a filling meal, but that’s a vague promise if you ask me, because I was still a little hungry afterward. It wasn’t bad overall, I just wish they were more upfront or actually filled the bowls more.

It’s a good option overall, but it’s definitely not the cheapest. Kind of frustrating because it does the job, but you can’t help feeling like you’re paying more than you should.

"Good service, and really nice staff"
I had a good experience with Health Nut LA, overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions, without making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated.
The service was mostly smooth, though I did have to wait a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, and I’d still use them again.

Everything I ordered showed up right, right down to the details. It did take a bit, a bit longer than I expected, but overall no real issues

"Good options, but could use a little more variety"
I’ve tried this place a few times, and overall it’s decent. The menu has a nice mix of salads and bowls, and I definitely appreciate being able to customize things. That said, after a while, a lot of the options start to feel kind of similar. Maybe it’s just the vibe I got from the menu, but it seems like they’re aiming for simple and healthy rather than anything too different or exciting. Not bad at all, I just wish there were a few more unique choices

"Better than I expected, but not perfect"
I tried the Chinese chicken salad the dressing was way better than I thought it would be. It had a nice fresh crunch and the flavor was really good. I had a couple small “meh” moments, but overall I liked it enough that I’d probably order it again.
